The answer to Health Happiness and Fulfillment is “simple” not complex.
We have simply been taught different. Cultural hypnosis

Before anybody starts growling and criticizing my views, wind your neck back in and give yourself a chance to breath..!

I am truly grateful for our modern medical system that provides us with the compassionate care,  accident and trauma services, i agree… where would we be without them..?

Realize this, however….. Complexity has been created by those who pretend to protect us, those at the top, the pharmaceutical medical industry, think about it, when we have an enemy, we have been conditioned to believe we need a savior. This has been an effective   strategy used for controlling the masses throughout humanities history especially religion.

Many of those in between such as doctors nurses & specialists are very sincere, however they can be sincerely wrong and not know it, in fact there is an ever increasing trend of doctors whom are choosing to stray away from the dark-side, from the indoctrination of treating symptoms after years of limited success due to ignoring or simply not knowing that cure will only ever be found through treating the cause.

Straying away from the dark side however, can come at a cost.

The answer is in our beliefs.

One particular belief is that our health and its maintenance is a very complex task, and there are only certain ways we are able to fix it when we have problems, i.e. the modern medical approach, treating symptoms as opposed to the cause of such symptoms.

When we have over-complex problems in life, there will usually be the motive of monetary gain which is OK of course, as long as there is equal effort on both sides to provide a good product/service of value, and we as a consumer take appropriate responsibility/action for such products in order for them to reflect positive results.

In other words, if we source simple and natural solutions & we take logical practical action based upon our own feelings of common sense / inner wisdom, everyone’s a winner.
However our modern medical approach of treating symptoms & not cause, can only work in favor of one side.
“Follow the money”
I bet at some time in your life you have asked these questions in your mind…

Is this all there is..? Why am I here..? What’s it all about..? Does it get any better..? Am I doomed to settle for this forever..?

Ask yourself…
Did nature really create mistakes throughout the entire process of universal evolution..? Resulting in so much suffering..?
Before you answer… bear in mind the sheer magnitude and beautiful wonder of the world.
When an Ant interacts with the world, it adds value…
When a Fox interacts with the world, it adds value…
When a Rat interacts with the world, it adds value…
When animals interact with the world it becomes a better place…
Can we say the same for Human interaction? Often, No!
But when we choose to see the good its just as abundant as the bad.

So did nature really create mistakes..?

My personal conclusion is NO, I believe that all events & circumstance in nature happen with a positive intent of change and growth on some level.

Based on such beauty and mind boggling perfection, we can witness this when we just look, all the discoveries we have made has only scratched the surface, it seems all nature runs pretty much perfect within our universal cycle of life, all except one species, Humans.

Would you believe that statement also applies to Humans too…. yes, all human behavior carries with it a positive intent. “Regardless of the outcomes” of which can be horrific.
The intention will always be to meet certain human needs of the individual.

Why are so many human beings living in fear, sick, diseased, miserable, when I say fear, I mean allowing our environment and many of the people in it to dictate our future by way of influence and force, controlling us with guilt, shame, consequence, food and so much other pointless stuff, brain-feeding us visual triggers and attaching emotionally stimulating content in order to control our minds and how we feel.

The real true CAUSE of disease is the disconnect between our mind and body.

The solution Breath fresh air, stop eating meat, eat wholefood, refuse to partake in any cruelty towards our animals and friends of the planet, love the sun, drink clean water, think good, let go of negative past, move enough, live with passion.

Medical system explained…simple

This is one of the simplest parables I have read that explained public health and the current medical paradigm of treating symptoms.

There was a small settlement of very few people living on a riverbank at the bottom of a waterfall.

One day a person was seen falling down the fall, a local villager swam out to rescue the person, dragged them to shore and treated them accordingly.

One week later two people fell down the fall, two villagers swam out and rescued the two people dragged them back and treated them accordingly.

The following day the same thing happened, the following week it happened again, the villagers were so puzzled they had villagers taking shifts at the base of the falls to rescue the ever increasing number of waterfall victims.
Due to the increase in those falling, the villagers had boats brought in to cope with the escalating issue.

The people continued to fall week after week, months turned into year’s, the villagers by this time had a small fleet of boats a team of rescuers a large medical facility and an accumulation of disease  debt and hardship.

One day a wise man  emerged from trees and listened to the villagers concerns the wise man then asked if they had ever thought about going to the top of the waterfall to see WHY people were falling in the first place.

The vegan mystery..why some fail..?

Why do some THRIVE & some DIVE…?
The true reasons are Mind Blowing…..

There has been a huge shift in conscious awareness towards the importance of conserving energy ON MANY levels. One in particular is considered & in fact now proven to be the leader towards global ecological destruction.  The global animal parts industry.

More recent times has seen an ever increasing explosion in the amount of people turning vegan or vegetarian, abandoning their old beliefs and habits that were the result of controlled guidance, poor judgment or simply just a lack of insight.

SO…. what makes a person decide to stop consuming animal products.
Of course there are many reasons on a surface level as to why somebody would stop doing something they have grown accustom to for a long period of time.
Something that can be somewhat enjoyable, tasty, comforting, filling, satisfying more than just our gustatory and olfactory senses, like the masculine recognition for being more of a man, especially when ordering your steak double rare.
OR “you must eat meat for protein” where are you gonna get protein from without meat..?
Or just the good old indoctrinated beliefs and behaviors installed through the filters of cultural hypnosis.

But why do people stop eating meat..? everybody has their own personal reasons, however…..
Two of the main reasons would be;
No longer wanting to be part of the mass slaughter & exploitation of the animals along with the destruction of the planet.
An awareness shift towards pursuing a higher standard of health/wellness & happiness
or a combination of the two…
My personal reasons were Both..!

As with many major lifestyle changes there will usually be some kind of adjustment period that often lead to physical symptoms, when animal products are eliminated from a standard diet-
Some of these symptoms can be, head-aches, spots, diarrhea, sweats, digestive issues, water infections, weight loss, fatigue, tiredness, weakness.
These are no big secret to those who already understand that many such symptoms are simply the eradication & detox process of the body “having a good ol clear out”.

Along with the physical symptoms there can be mental and emotional symptoms of associative conditioning like beliefs that we are supposed to eat meat, it’s part of the identity from childhood incl many feelings of comfort attached to behaviors.

Many newbie vegans continue to experience certain symptoms even after trawling the web through an ocean of information of which much of it conflicts, leaving many totally baffled and in many cases stuck, often resulting in them going back to into comfort-zone.

Going backwards is a common pattern for-
many of those that are not of the understanding of the “truth” perspective when it comes to our overall health and wellness as a species.

For long periods of my life I  experienced most of the list of symptoms mentioned above incl spinal degeneration, skin issues, meningitis, irritable bowel syndrome. I am now symptom free apart from the odd flu or cold from time to time.

Here is what i personally have been studying for a number of years and more recently practicing .
Meta-Health – Meta-Physics – Epigenetics – N.L.P – Human behavioral psychology.

From a “Modern allopathic  perspective” the aforementioned symptoms would usually be treated directly as the cause for dis-ease using medication, supplements or by taking advice from specialist in Pathology (the study of disease).
This advice would often be something like “just go back to what you were doing before” or “its just fate” or “sorry but its most likely genetic” take two of these twice a day for a month, if no change come back and we will add another to combat the added symptoms caused by the first and so the downward spiral starts of adding more toxicity and increasing deficiency that will lead to a list as long as the patience arm of symptoms and associated drugs that never correct the cause.

Meta-Health tells a different story.
Most of the common symptoms stated above are in-fact the “regeneration phase” the healing period which follows after the “stress phase” this STRESS phase is the period that we experience tense feelings during difficult times known as U.D.I.N moments, Unexpected, Dramatic, Isolating, No strategy

The common feelings associated with UDIN moments could be;

Anger / Frustration / Sadness / Disgust / Anxiety / Fear / Hate / Grief / Loneliness / guilt / Rage / worry / etc. etc.

When some people decide to become vegan they do so with one or more of these emotions rattling around inside of them, trapped between a rock and a hard place continually questioning their decisions and results living with certain worries and frustrations that are Unconsciously  effecting their biochemistry, hormone production, nutrient uptake, most parts of the digestive system including the assimilation all the way to elimination.

Just think about this… the primal true purpose for these negative emotions are in-fact to protect us and keep us safe from harm / threat / poison / starvation etc. so they are paradoxically positive emotions too.
Their primal purpose is to keep us safe in the “moment” short term, we are supposed to learn from trying  testing and observing those around us so we can make Conscious choices based on our own experiential perspective & NOT the directives of others Inc their choices , expectations and ignorance.

Here’s how it works
The primal brain or reptilian brain controls many areas of the human system incl the majority of the digestive system from mouth to anus via neurological networks.
There is also a more recent brain (cerebral cortex) that we developed later through evolution to perceive, navigate, and communicate with the outside world.
E.G ….. if you were continually perceiving information that you are not going to get any good quality food due to shortages, you may start to experience feelings of fear anxiety & worry along with deeper unconscious fears of starvation and eventually death etc.
One of the MOST annoying questions any vegan or vegetarian could get it……..over and over and over is…

So where do you get your protein then !? 
We must try and open our minds to one of the most important facts in the history of our modern social systems of cultural hypnosis.  We have had a false truth fed to us by the Meat & Dairy industry for a hundred years…(no pun intended)  they started marketing this bull shit to the public a long time ago through early mainstream media and have done ever since.
Today…we are starting to witness the true results of such marketing, heart disease, cancer, bowl disease….the list goes on.

Here’s another fascinating  factor to be considered, our beliefs and attitude towards the actual food we eat also effects the uptake of nutrients (absorption) and elimination.
If you believe with feeling that what you are eating is not good enough for you, the digestive system would react accordingly, remember that all these functions are unconsciously controlled by our  autonomic nervous system, which is in charge of controlling the vital functions of the body without us having to think about it these would include breathing, heart beating, blinking, waste controls, etc.

SO…! even if you are consuming enough nutrients YET your perception is in a looped pattern of fear and worry that your not getting enough or you don’t like what you are consuming, your system will respond accordingly resulting in disease via deficiencies.

The solution Breath fresh air, eat wholefood, drink clean water, think good, let go of negative past, move enough, live with passion.
OH..! and don’t eat animals flesh..!
